Authorization to view and/or download the The WorkSaver Policy and Procedure Manual is provided only to the licensed physical or occupational therapist who has signed a formal contract with WorkSaver (WorkSaver Employee Testing Systems, LLC) in order to become a WorkSaver provider and who has been provided with a timed access code to enter this site.

Please note that sharing of this manual in any manner with any entity that is not in your organization or who is not authorized to view this manual is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this restriction will result in legal action to incur appropriate remediation for breach of contract.

As per your contract with WorkSaver, you have agreed to maintain all business matters related to WorkSaver and WorkSaversm services confidential. As a material inducement to WorkSaver’s disclosure of the Proprietary Information contained in this policy and procedure manual, you and your employees covenant and agree with WorkSaver that

(i) such Proprietary Information is the exclusive property of WorkSaver and that you are not acquiring any ownership rights therein;

(ii) you shall not use in any way or disclose any of the Proprietary Information, directly or indirectly, except as required to perform the services hereunder; and

(iii) the ascertainment of damages in the event of a breach of this confidentiality provision would be difficult, and WorkSaver, in addition to all other remedies it may have, shall have the right to injunctive relief if there is such a breach.
